We aim to respond to all inquiries within hours - but depending on the season,
we guarantee a reply within 48 hours.
Booking with us is a simple process.
It takes the average couple 1-3 days to have their custom design sketched and booked.
STEP 1. CONFIRM AVAILABILITY
CONTACT us, and we’ll check our calendar to make sure we can accommodate a wedding cake order for your date.
CAKE TASTING:
If you do choose to do a tasting, pre-order your CAKE TASTING, and enjoy a generous selection of our best selling cake flavors in the comfort of your home. Our extremely popular Cake Tasting Boxes are shipped quarterly.
STEP 2. DECIDE ON YOUR DESIGN and REQUIRED SERVICES
Once we decide the budget and the scope of your project, we will proceed with producing a detailed copyrighted sketch and a quote for your project. The design process includes one complementary revision of the project, in case you want to make any changes. (We retain exclusive design rights - so if you choose to work with another baker, you cannot use our design.)
STEP 3. CONTRACT AND NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
If you decide to work with us, we will send over a contract including our terms and conditions, and an online payment method for your non-refundable booking fee (50% of the value of your project).
To secure your event date on our calendar, we require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total estimate for your order. The purpose of this non-refundable date reservation fee is to secure us as your vendor.
The 50% difference is required 30 days before the day of the event, at the latest, unless otherwise specified in writing.
STEP 4. FINAL DETAILS
Your cake is booked only after the non-refundable booking fee has cleared into our bank account and we received the signed contract. At that point, we will contact you to iron out the final details and make logistical arrangements for pick-up or drop-off.
There is no limit to the extravagance of your design, other than budget and physics!

WEDDING CAKE TASTING

Our cakes sell primarily due to their spectacular nature, with taste and quality of ingredients being understood by default; you do not need to order a tasting box, unless you choose to do so.

Our quarterly tastings are “to go”. Our format allows you to do the tasting in the comfort of your own home, in the company of any loved ones you want to include in the process.

Pre-order your tasting for pick-up, delivery or shipping. We offer tastings on fixed dates, quarterly. There are 12 flavors on our menu in total, so you’ll sample our entire menu!

EARLY SHIPPING - We ship our cake tastings fresh, on a quarterly schedule. However, during peak season we might have enough tasting orders to ship early and more than quarterly. If that is the case we reach out to our couples and make arrangements for early shipping.

Samples are individually packaged, delivered in person if you are located nearby, or shipped in insulated boxes; the samples and are to be enjoyed over a day or two after delivery.

Each sample weighs 2oz.If you’re planning a group tasting experience with several friends and family members, we recommend ordering more than one sample.

We strongly encourage you to check in with us first to confirm availability for your event date before ordering a Tasting! This helps us provide you with the best customer service possible.

UNDERCOATED KITCHEN CAKES
For large weddings, we offer undercoated kitchen cakes as ad-ons, when the Wedding Cake order is $300 or more.

Our undercoated kitchen cakes are the same quality as the show cakes, pair the basic decor of your cutting cake
The undercoated cakes have 2 cake layers, 1 filling layer and frosting on top. For weddings and events, serving size is 1'' x 2''.

FREE DELIVERY - DALLAS$100 flat fee
Delivery, frigorific packaging and setup included.
Over 120 miles distance, we charge a flat rate of $0.50 / mile.
(For example, if your venue is 150 miles of our location, we will charge 30 miles only.)
Setup does not include cake stand or table accessories (serving silverware, plate ware, etc.)
